“When I first heard about Feedback4Sports, I was immediately very enthusiastic. I still am.”

For this interview, we crossed the border to chat with Ann Van den Rijn from Gym Tonic Sport- and Health Center in Belgium. She considers herself a true ambassador for Feedback4Sports.

How do you experience working with Feedback4Sports?

“In the 20 years we’ve been in operation, we’ve conducted customer research before. Back then, we would send out periodic surveys with many questions for our members. That was a lot of work, and we always received responses from the same people. With Feedback4Sports, we send out automated short surveys at 10 key moments in the customer journey. This way, we receive a continuous flow of feedback at the right moments. Each week, we determine which responses need attention, giving us plenty of input to improve our offerings and approach. Of course, we also receive great feedback, which is wonderful for team morale.”

Why is working with Feedback4Sports important to you?

“It allows us to put the customer at the center. Our mission is to guide our members and patients with the best therapy and training, always from a holistic approach. To do that, we need to know what people think of our offerings and our approach. With continuous measurements, we can immediately notice when members are losing motivation and considering quitting. This enables us to provide support to help them stay active.”

“It contributes to better retention. Otherwise, members may wander around with doubts, but we wouldn’t know about it.”

“Feedback4Sports also prioritizes their own customers. Even during the pandemic, they went to great lengths to continue supporting us. The regular surveys were adjusted so we could specifically ask about experiences regarding COVID measures (online offerings, remote contact, or feelings of safety).”
