Our surveys are based on the globally recognized Net Promoter Score (NPS): a simple yet powerful metric for customer loyalty. The NPS is based on a single question: “How likely would you be to recommend us to a friend or acquaintance?” Customers answer on a scale of 0 to 10.

  • Passives: members who give a score of 7 or 8
  • Detractors: members who give a score of 0 to 6

The NPS is the difference between the percentage of promoters and detractors, resulting in a number between -100 and +100. The more customers that give a score of 9 or 10, the more loyal they are.
