It is important to follow up on the feedback you receive. It helps you make targeted improvements, retain members, and base decisions on facts. Let the member know that you are working on the suggested improvements. Whether the feedback is positive or negative, it is important to thank every member for their effort. This can also be done automatically, and we are happy to help you with this.

With the Closed Loop Feedback Bucket, you can assign feedback to yourself or a colleague. Click on the feedback you want to assign and select “assign.” In the Bucket, you can see the status of the feedback. You will receive an email when feedback has been assigned to you. Then go to the Closed Loop Feedback Callboard. Here, you can open the feedback and view its details. You can call or email the member to follow up. Optionally, you can add a note. Once the feedback has been addressed, drag it to “Done.”

It is important to thank members for helping improve your club and their sports experience. This can be done by phone, email, or in person at the gym. Find an approach that suits you, your gym, and your members.

Feedback can be published using the story widget. Members give permission to publish their feedback. With a single click, your gym can post the response on your website.

Go to the “Export” button and set your filters. If there are columns you don’t need, click the X to exclude them from the export. Select “Start Export” to export your data to a PDF or CSV file. This allows you to share the data with others or use it for other purposes.
