“I don’t have time for feedback”

It’s one of the most common objections. And honestly? It makes sense. As a club owner, you’re already juggling the day-to-day. Schedules, staff, members, maintenance. The list never ends. Adding something new? Not ideal.

But what if feedback barely takes any time at all?
