Why Google Reviews Aren’t Enough
Google Reviews are nice, but they don’t tell you much. Many reviews are superficial (“Great atmosphere!”) or written just because someone asked for them. But what if a customer drops out after a few months? Was it disappointing, too crowded? That crucial information is missing in those five stars.
Do you really want to know what your members think about your gym? Then NPS (Net Promoter Score) is a great option. This measurement method is based on a simple question:
“How likely are you to recommend us to friends or acquaintances?”
This not only measures satisfaction but, more importantly, loyalty. And that determines whether members stay and bring others along. By adding two open-ended questions, you’ll know exactly what’s going well and what can be improved in your club!
Why NPS Works Better
✔ No shallow ratings, but real insights.
✔ Measures customer loyalty, not just a snapshot.
✔ Less noise, more action – You immediately see where to improve
How to Apply It?
➡ Regularly ask your members for their opinion.
➡ Analyze the feedback and act on it.
➡ Make improvements visible so members feel heard.
Time for Real Measurement
Google Reviews matter, but they don’t provide enough insights for structural improvement. NPS tells you much more and helps you move forward. Want to know how your gym really performs? We’re happy to help!
