Discover the Power of NPS and Understand Your Members Like Never Before!

Do you want to know how loyal your members are and whether they feel connected to your sports club? The Net Promoter Score (NPS) is the perfect tool for you! With just one simple question—“How likely are you to recommend us to a friend or colleague?”—you gain instant insight into your members’ loyalty. Responses are rated on a scale from 0 to 10 and divided into three categories:

  • Promoters (score 9-10): : these are your most loyal members. They are enthusiastic advocates who speak positively about your club and attract new members.
  • Passives (score 7-8): : these members are neutral. While generally positive, they are unlikely to actively recommend your club to others.
  • Detractors (score 0-6):these are dissatisfied members who could negatively impact your club’s reputation.

By subtracting the percentage of detractors from the percentage of promoters, you calculate your Net Promoter Score, which ranges from -100 to +100. The higher the score, the more loyal your members, and the more likely they are to recommend your club to others!
