When you start using the full license of Feedback4Sports, you gain access to your own dashboard. The dashboard displays numbers, trends and feedback. Every club starts with a basic dashboard and can expand it with custom widgets as desired. This way, you always have the latest data available for daily follow-up and management meetings.
Closed Loop Feedback means taking action on the feedback you receive and reporting back.
With Feedback4Sports, it works like this:

Members share their opinions through the survey;

You receive the feedback in a clear dashboard;

You assign feedback to colleagues, including notes and a status: “to do,” “in progress” or “done.”
This way, you work purposefully on areas for improvement and show internally that action is being taken. By providing feedback to your team and your members, you close the feedback loop. Not just measuring, but also acting.
The Verbatim Analysis dashboard shows at a glance what members are saying and what topics they are discussing.
Albert AI automatically groups all open-ended responses by theme. You can immediately see which topics are mentioned most often, whether the tone is positive or negative, and what matters to your members. The more frequently a topic is mentioned, the larger the box. The color of the box indicates whether the sentiment is positive or less positive, with dark green representing very positive and red representing negative.

You get access to a basic dashboard that contains the most important information. In the dashboard, you will see various charts, such as a chart with the Net Promoter Score, NPS segments, and your NPS trend. We also show the NPS per feedback moment, and you gain insight into strengths as well as areas for improvement.
Create a new dashboard by selecting Dashboards in the left menu and then Create a Dashboard. You can also choose Create a Dashboard from the home screen.

Enter a name for your dashboard.

Select Add Widget.

Choose the widgets you want to add.

Select the data you want to display in the filter.

If needed, choose the type of chart.
You can find your feedback in several places:
- Speech bubble in the top right corner: Here you can see the most recently received feedback. You can also easily filter in this overview.

Responses: This contains a complete list of all feedback and the corresponding NPS scores.

Dashboard: In your personal dashboard, you will find the feedback widget.

Closed Loop Feedback Bucket: Here you can assign feedback directly to the callboard. A handy tool to follow up on all feedback together with colleagues.
In the Inspiration Center, you can find articles, book recommendations, videos, and guides. You will also be kept up to date with the latest updates in the application through the release notes. The Inspiration Center is very useful for consulting manuals and tutorial videos when you want to learn more about what is possible within the application. Only customers with access to Feedback4Sports can access the Inspiration Center.
With a full license, we send the surveys completely in your own branding. This ensures recognition for your members and therefore a higher response rate.
We send a short survey with the following questions:
Would you recommend our club to friends or acquaintances?
What is going well?
What could be improved?
May we publish your response?
What rating would you give our club?
The benchmark is an essential tool for gaining insight into how your club performs compared to other clubs. It is an additional service alongside collecting feedback. With our benchmark, you can compare your Net Promoter Score (NPS) with that of hundreds of sports clubs in the Netherlands.
