Daniel Koppelle, branch manager of GoHealth Clubs Rotterdam, shares his experiences with Feedback4Sports. It’s no secret that this club is eager for feedback from their members; they automatically send out surveys at the right moments and have a feedback kiosk in the club.
How do you handle the feedback that comes in?
“All colleagues see the feedback coming in because we have notifications turned on. We think it’s important that everyone knows what’s going on. That’s why we not only share it internally, but our members can also read each other’s responses.”
Do you also provide feedback back to the members?
“Absolutely! For positive feedback, we thank the person involved. If members give us tips or have a question, we reach out to them right away. We may not be able to satisfy everyone all the time, but we show that something happens with all feedback.”
How do you experience working with Feedback4Sports?
“Very positively. What you often see in our industry is that a general survey is sent out every so often. Questions are only asked when it’s already too late. With Feedback4Sports, you measure satisfaction throughout the entire time someone is a member. People feel heard, and you can provide the right support in a timely manner.”
Why is working with Feedback4Sports important to you?
“Personal approach is very important to us. We know our members well. We get a lot of responses to the surveys, which is great to see! I was surprised by this because in the past, I had sent out other surveys that received little response. Now we see that members take the time to fill them out. They’re not doing it because they have to; they mean what they write. This shows us that they feel that connection with us, which we find beautiful. And with their input, we can improve.”
Would you recommend working with Feedback4Sports to others? If so, why or why not?
“Do I recommend Feedback4Sports? Absolutely! This way, you’re proactive and focused on feedback at the right moments. Plus, I feel that customers are ultimately a bit more honest behind a computer than face-to-face. You sometimes have a completely different conversation when you’re just talking in the club.”
