Differentiating Customer Satisfaction
Delta Sportcentrum in Spijkenisse has a rich history of 60 years. Their secret? Customer satisfaction is their top priority. This requires a flexible approach and the ability to adapt quickly to changing desires. They capture those (changing) customer needs using Feedback4Sports!
“Every week, we collectively review the received feedback. Everyone gets a response, even if it’s just a thank you. Critical feedback? No problem! We work together to find the best solution. Most of the feedback is constructive and often consists of compliments—super great!” says Kevin.
It’s Often the Little Things That Make Customers Happy
With Feedback4Sports, they’ve seen appreciation for their organization increase. Where they previously received mostly sevens and eights, they are now frequently getting nines and tens. A nice confirmation that they are on the right track. “It helps immensely to know that our customers are happy and that our efforts are making a difference,” says Kevin.
Based on customer feedback, some changes have also been implemented. “Yoga is a popular group class. There was a demand for more classes and a different type of yoga. We made that happen, and now we have even more happy yogis in our club,” Kevin shares.
Feedback Shows Whether We’re on the Right Track
Madeleine and Kevin find it important to continue listening to customer needs. Madeleine states, “If a piece of equipment is broken, it gets repaired. If a customer misses a certain piece of equipment, we acquire it. Often, it’s the little things that bring someone joy. By using feedback as a guide, we ensure that we’re on the right path.”
