How to create a team of engaged ambassadors!

In a previous blog, we shared the importance of employee engagement in the Net Promoter Score. Now, we want to provide you with concrete steps to boost internal employee engagement. Discover how to build a team of enthusiastic internal ambassadors who work together to enhance member loyalty and excitement at your gym!

  1. It all starts with creating awareness and understanding among your colleagues. Ensure that everyone clearly understands what the Net Promoter Score is, how it’s measured, and why enthusiastic members are so crucial to your gym. Consider organizing an inspiring session on the Net Promoter Score and everything it entails!
  2. Investing in your employees is a great way to increase engagement. Offer specific training focused on improving member relationships, enthusiasm, and loyalty. This helps your team excel in their roles and better understand your members.
  3. Encourage your employees to incorporate member focus and the pursuit of improvement into their daily tasks and goals. This keeps them focused and motivated to continually contribute to building a larger group of loyal members.
  4. Have you ever hosted a meeting or workshop where all your colleagues shared insights and brainstormed improvements for the gym? This encourages your team to actively contribute ideas and suggestions for the NPS process.
  5. Give your colleagues access to NPS software and regularly share dashboards. At Feedback4Sports, there’s no limit to the number of users, and you can also assign specific rights to control who can view which information.
  6. Set clear goals, share them, and discuss them with your colleagues. Formulate realistic objectives based on the Net Promoter Score. It’s wise to do this together so you can determine what is achievable within your gym.

By following this approach, you will create a team of enthusiastic internal ambassadors who work together to strengthen member loyalty and enthusiasm at your gym.
